HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
You will want to be sure to eat and hydrate about an hour before your session, nothing too heavy. Dress in something comfortable, and give yourself a few minutes before your session to check in on how your body is feeling. Take note of those feelings and set your intention for your session.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A REIKI SESSION?
Each session has its own unique experience. Clients may feel a tingling sensation, physical temperature changes, perceive visual images, colours or enter a deep sleep. The goal is to help the body reach a state of relaxation first and foremost. In a state of relaxation, we are able to connect with our higher self and start the healing process.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE REIKI?
Depending on why you are receiving Reiki therapy, you may just need one or a series of sessions. Your Reiki Therapist will guide you on that decision after your first session.
