90 Minute Grief Reiki

Service Description

During my 90 minute Grief Reiki Session, we will be talking about your loss/losses. This could be the death of a loved one, loss of a job, a divorce, a best friend who has moved away. These are all areas where we can experience grief. Through these experiences, our Chakras become unbalanced or blocked which leaves us exhausted, sleep issues, digestion problems and much more. I will remove these blocks and balance your seven chakras. I will also clear any personal ailments you may have. Our grief tends to sit stagnant in our body, once I find where it is stuck for you. I will guide you through some breath work to assist your body in releasing your grief naturally. After this intimate session, you will experience an emotional release, feel lighter and much more balanced. Once you arrive I will help you transition from your day to the healing space. I will talk you through the treatment and answer any questions you should have. I will work with you on releasing your grief through breath, sharing and writing. Then you will lay face-up on a massage table in a comfortable position. I will lay crystals under the massage table or on your body. Crystals help amplify the energy. Using various hand positions I will move and release any blocked energy you may have in your body. I may use essential oil, sage or palo santo to cleanse your aura. At the end of the session, I bring an offering of water for you to ground.
