Are you seeing numbers like 11:11, 2:22, and 4:44 on your clock or cell phone? Does the license plate of the car in front of you have correlating numbers? Do you think of a friend and all of a sudden they call or text? These are NOT coincidences! You are seeing them for a reason. Synchronicities are an important part of our life and being aware of the meanings can be difficult at times. A Spiritual Awaking can be difficult to navigate on your own. We may experience body aches and pains, headaches, sleep disturbances, nausea, brain fog, forgetfulness and much more. These can all be signs that you are experiencing your own Spiritual Awakening. With my monthly Spiritual Coaching and Guidance support, I will teach you how to be more aware of the messages you are receiving and the guidance you are getting from the universe. You and I will meet twice a month for 90 minutes to 2 hours, where I will connect with your guides and your higher self and assist you with certain messages you may need to know. During our sessions, we will also make solid plans for you to advance in the areas that you may be struggling in. Depending on what your body needs during our sessions you may receive Reiki or Sound Bath to help support and balance your energy. The more support you have during this difficult time, the better.
